Messages for South Carolina Residents Who Registered Via SCDMV:

1. If you have recently removed your decision to be a designated donor at the SCDMV, and the heart is no longer present on your driver’s license, you do not need to do so again through the DonateLifeSC.org website.  Your decision is already recorded in the state registry; no further action is required. 

2. If you registered via the Health app on your phone or RegisterMe.org, you are registered on the Donate Life America registry. To update or remove your registry, visit RegisterMe.org.

3. When retrieving your current SCDMV registration to make updates, do not enter any zeros that may appear at the beginning of your South Carolina driver’s license or state ID number. This helps ensure your information is processed accurately.
