How to Become a Donor

HOW CAN YOU BECOME A DONOR IN SOUTH CAROLINA?

1. Code your driver's license as "donor" when obtaining or renewing your license at the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV).

2. Sign and carry a donor card. Print one below or contact Donate Life South Carolina and we would be happy to a brochure containing a donor card.

3. Discuss your decision with your family. This is a critical step in the donation process!
